Denuo Novo Jetpack Build

Hey yall, I just wanted to share how I did my Denuo Novo jetpack build. There are a lot of things that need to be done to it to be more screen accurate.
So let's just jump right into into it.

In this photo you will see I have acquired the thruster metal parts from @MachineCraft, and the exhaust vent from @Questdesign.

This is the jetpack body compared to my Man Of War resin jetpack. The Denuo Novo is slightly larger.

First I had to sand off these edges, for ESB

Next I cut out the hole for the exhaust vent using my dremel

I used milliput to fill in the all the holes on the bottem that arent supposed to be there for ESB.

I think it will be possible to add the @MachineCraft greeblies into the Denuo Novo jetpack thrusters, you just have to drill it all out.

@Questdesign's light switch for the beacon led. (I did not want to pay $80+ for the screen accurate greeblie, one day)
I used the same cheese head screws that are used on the interior of the helmets and the Second protype jetpack

.
Another big issue to deal with on the Denuo Novo jetty was the missile. I wanted to use @MachineCraft 's metal collar but in order to do that I needed to sand this thing to hell! I got it in the end though.

I did a quick wet sanding of 1500 grit to make it even more smooth and ready for paint. I test fitted a lot of the components of the jetty here.

I purchased a vintage dental file, fat red #70
Metal stabilizer is from @MachineCraft

Next up was getting the exhaust vent to fit right.
I had to sand down the height of the hole by a lot to even allow the exhaust vent to lay on top.
Then I purchased some M3 x 8mm screws to glue at the bottem, to then allow the vent to slide through them and be bolted down. This is how it was most likely screen accurately done.

For now thats all I have to show, but more will be coming soon!
